Greenbuild 2008 was a success!

Greenbuild 2008 in Boston was truly a display of revolutionary green. More than 28,000 attendees came to Boston to partake in this momentous event. We had attendees representing all 50 states, 85 countries and 6 continents. This reflects a 25% increase in the number of attendees from Greenbuild 2007. Even though times are tough and organizations in all industries are cutting back, Greenbuild 2008 was a testament to this industry's committement to transforming the built environment.

Greening Greenbuild

At our Greenbuild conferences we strive to leave a legacy of improved environmental practices in each of our host cities. As proof of our committment to this legacy, Greenbuild is a two-time recipient of the IMEX Environmental Meeting Award. More than 100% of the emissions from attendee travel and conference center use are offset via Cleaner and Greener certification, and close collaboration with Meeting Strategies Worldwide on green strategies and innovations.
