On behalf of the Greenbuild team, we'd like to extend a warm welcome to all our new exhibitors! We are excited to have you join us at Greenbuild  - we're looking forward to a great year in Boston! 

Sustainability plays a key role in Greenbuild and our event may be different than any other event your company is participating in this year. As a new exhibitor, we want to provide you with the best experience possible and help you prepare. Below, you will find useful information to help you get your booth ready for the expo.

Special Rates for New Exhibitors

As a thank you for choosing, Greenbuild, all first time exhibitors are eligible for our complimentary first time exhibitor package. Valued at over $2000, these complimentary benefits will help increase your visibility at Greenbuild. It's just another way of thanking you for supporting the world's largest event dedicated to sustainable building:

  • Logo/company name/booth # recognition on new exhibitor page on the Greenbuild website
  • Highlighted in the Show program as a first time exhibitor
  • Identified as a first time exhibitor on the printed floor plan
  • 2 social media posts: One individual post at the time the contract and a second general post encouraging attendees to check out the first time exhibitors
  • Email sent to pre-registered attendees featuring list/location of all new exhibitors at the show
  • Designation of new exhibitors in the mobile app
  • Push alert on-site through the app driving traffic to new exhibitors

This is  the one place where you can review, submit and upload your information that will help drive business to your company. Here you can update your company profile, receive reminders about important dates fill out and submit your GMEGG survey* and order lead retrieval*. If you need your eCode, contact your Greenbuild Account Executive.


The Exhibitor Service Manual includes all the information and services available to you at the event. Included in the manual is an action checklist which will give you information on important vendor deadlines and forms so you can stay ahead of the game as you prepare for the show. Specific items have been outlined to eliminate confusion and make your planning process smoother and more efficient.

Greenbuild’s Mandatory Exhibition Green Guidelines (GMEGG) is a required sustainability initiative that exhibitors must comply with for the construction and operation of a Greenbuild exhibit. All exhibitors are required to complete a short survey outlining steps made to meet the requirements needed to help Greenbuild meet its sustainability goals. Exhibitors will receive a Green Exhibitor Score upon completion of the GMEGG survey and will compete against other exhibitors for the highest score.

Once a month, you will receive a newsletter from Greenbuild that will provide you information on exhibitor services, upcoming deadlines and marketing programs.

Learn about marketing your booth and sponsorship opportunities that will help drive more traffic to your booth.
