Booth Install/Dismantle

The unpacking, erection, assembling, dismantling, and packing of displays and equipment may be done by full-time employees of an exhibiting company. Exhibitors may use only hand-operated equipment, which they have provided. Two-wheeled hand trucks and four-wheeled flat trucks are permitted. Please review the Union Jurisdictions in Boston for additional information.

IF your booth requires additional labor assistance, you must designate your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) with Show Management. Your EAC will be responsible for submitting their insurance and $200 fee directly to Show Management prior to gaining access to the show floor. Note: Freeman labor is pre-approved with no designation required.
