Exhibitor booth staff badges provide admission to the exhibit hall during all hours of move-in, exhibit hours and move-out. Exhibitor booth staff badges are not valid for admission to conference seminars; however, you may upgrade any of your badges to a 3-day conference pass through the exhibitor dashboard when registration opens in June.
Exhibitor badge allotment is based on total square feet of exhibit space. Exhibitors are allotted the following per 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased*:
Please note that exhibitor badges are not required for personnel who will need access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours only. Wristbands will be provided for employees or EAC during move-in and move-out.
*There are exceptions to the standard booth allotments.
