Reserving a booth for Greenbuild is easy! Visit the Exhibit page on the website for complete instructions on how to complete the booth application or the online contract.

Carpet, furnishings and services (labor, electrical, internet, etc) can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM will be available in June. Please check back for updates.

Tip: Order Freeman services early and online for the greatest cost savings! Sign in to your exhibitor portal.

A standard 10’ x 10’ booth package includes:

  • 1 3-day conference pass registration*
  • 3 booth staff badges
  • 150 expo passes (per company)


Complimentary Booth Furnishings available if ordered by the Freeman early deadline:

  • (1) 6-foot draped table 
  • (2) chairs

Exhibitor Registration for Greenbuild will open in June.

Registration will be available within your exhibitor portal that you can access by signing in with your company eCode, here.

Exhibitor booth staff badges provide admission to the exhibit hall during all hours of move-in, exhibit hours and move-out. Exhibitor booth staff badges are not valid for admission to conference seminars; however, you may upgrade any of your badges to a 3-day conference pass through the exhibitor portal once registration is open.

Exhibitor badge allotment is based on total square feet of exhibit space. Exhibitors are allotted the following per 100 square feet of exhibit space purchased*:

  • (3) booth staff only badges
  • (1) 3-day conference badge

Please note that exhibitor badges are not required for personnel who will only need access to the show floor during move-in and move-out hours. Wristbands will be provided for employees and/or EACs during move-in and move-out.

*There are exceptions to the standard booth allotments.

Your eCode is located on your booth confirmation email.

If you have misplaced your eCode, please contact your account executive for this information.

The Move-In/Move-out Schedule will be posted under Exhibitor Resources and the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) when it becomes available in June.

There are two ways to ship your booth and materials to show site:

  1. Advanced shipping to the warehouse
  2. Direct shipping to the convention center

Details, addresses and shipping labels can be found in the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). 

Each exhibiting company receives 150 complimentary attendee expo passes. These passes are designed for you to distribute to your customers and prospective customers who wish to attend Greenbuild. 

They are available in your exhibitor portal. Access them by signing in with your eCode.

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM) will be available in the exhibitor portal in June. Sign in with your eCode to access it.

Based on information you provided on your exhibit space contract, we keep your company address/info and primary contact info on file. 

Should you need to update this information, please contact your account executive as we will need to update it for you.

Each exhibitor receives a complimentary basic listing on the Greenbuild website in Greenbuild's new online product directory, Greenbuild Connect.

Sign in to the exhibitor portal using your ecode to update your company's information including:

  • Online Profile - Information that appears in your online listing
  • Product Categories - Tells attendees what products and services your company provides
  • Contact Information - Makes it easy for attendees to contact you

These are FREE value-added marketing resources and we encourage you to take advantage of them.

Lead retrieval order forms are located in the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM can be found in your exhibitor portal.

The Electrical order form can be found in the Additional Services section of the Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM). The ESM will be available in June and can be accessed from your exhibitor portal.

While the halls inside the GWCC are not carpeted, carpet for your booth is not a requirement at Greenbuild, per the Green Guidelines..
