The Greenbuild International Delegation Program helps international attendees get the most out of their Greenbuild experience. From special registration prices and exposure to the innovative products on display in the expo hall, to inspirational sessions on the latest advances in the international green building industry, this program is essential for international green building professionals, and those wanting to learn more about the industry.

Requirements

  • Groups of a minimum of 15 delegates, based outside of the United States 
  • One appointed contact person 
  • Delegation participants must purchase one of the following package combinations:  International Summit, 4-day Conference Pass, 3-day Conference pass or 2-day Expo Hall Pass 
  • Registration Deadline: October 15, 2018

No. USGBC membership is not a requirement.

No. Members of your delegation need to register for at least one of the following three options:

  1.  Four-Day conference pass (International summit + 3 day conference pass)
  2. Three-Day conference pass
  3. Expo Hall pass

If an individual is registered for any one of these events, they can be added to your delegation.

If a member of your delegation has already registered, please email Megan Magana with the name and registration identification number, and she can add them to the delegation list. If a member of your delegation has already registered and paid the non-member price, they cannot receive a refund for the difference in the price for the delegation

During the registration process, you will be asked if you need an official letter in order to obtain a travel visa; at that time, please check'yes' on that question and follow the instructions. For more information please visit the international travel page. You will be able to access your electronic visa letter through your dashboard only when your registration is complete. We are not able to provide printed (mailed) Visa letters at this time.

This pass includes:

a. Expo Hall (Wednesday – Thursday, November 14-15)

b. Core Education Sessions (Wednesday – Friday, November 14-16)

c. Greenbuild Opening Plenary (Wednesday, November 14)

d. Greenbuild Celebration (Thursday, November 15)

e. Closing Plenary (Friday, November 16)

2. Four Day Conference Pass (Discounted price: 850 USD)

This pass includes:

a. Three Day Conference Pass

b. The International Summit

3. International Summit (Discounted price: 250 USD)

This is a day-long education program on Tuesday, November 13.

4. Expo Pass (Discounted price: 100 USD)

This pass only includes access to the Expo Hall (Wednesday – Thursday, November 14-15)

No, the registration options available for international delegates do not include the other special summits on Tuesday, workshops, Greenbuild tours or the Women in Green Power Lunch on Thursday. If you would like to attend any of these events, please purchase a ticket along with your Greenbuild registration.

Yes, there will be a designated delegation room and lounge that can serve as a central meeting area.

No, unfortunately it is not possible for one person to pick up materials for a large group. Each member of your delegation will need to come to the Registration area to receive his or her conference pass and materials.

Yes! Please be sure to note the following events for your delegation:

  • Tuesday – International Summit. We strongly encourage international delegations and attendees to register for this event.
  • Wednesday – Greenbuild Opening Plenary*
  • Thursday – Greenbuild Celebration/Concert*
  • Friday – Closing Plenary*

*Note: These options are included in the four-day/ three-day conference passes.

WHO: One appointed delegation leader and a minimum of 15 participants

WHAT: One of the following registration options:

  • 4 Day Conference Pass (International Summit plus 3 Day conference pass) registration for 850 USD
  • 3 Day Conference Pass (expo, education, plenary events) for 650 USD,
  • International Summit registration for 250 USD
  • Expo Pass for 100 USD

WHEN: Deadline October 15, 2018

HOW: Email Greenbuild staff (contact information at the bottom of this page) with a formal expression of interest to form a delegation. A custom flyer and URL link will be provided to enable members of your delegation to register.

Nota bene: If 15 people do not register for Greenbuild using the unique delegation link provided to the leader by October 15, the entire group will lose the discount.
